Automotive parts testing team leader
1
Necessary condition
1. More than 5 years of experience in the development and testing of automotive components
2. Can communicate, confirm, and integrate specifications and SPECs with customers
3. Have team management experience and can lead teams to create, implement, and manage development plans and training programs
4. Able to provide testing business training to Chinese subordinates
5. Can organize a team to complete other tasks instructed by the company
Supplementary conditions
1. Priority can be given to proposing solutions for the construction of the development environment
2. Can analyze and summarize team testing work, improve development quality, and prioritize product testing
3. Experience in maintaining experimental equipment is preferred

1. More than 5 years of experience in the development and testing of automotive components
2. Can communicate, confirm, and integrate specifications and SPECs with customers
3. Can be used to create internal development invoices (reports, DFMEA, etc.) in both Chinese and Japanese versions
4. Can analyze the reasons for NG in the experiment and propose solutions to the problems
5. College degree or above
6. Able to use office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
Supplementary conditions
1. Experience in testing exterior components such as handles and mirrors is preferred
2. English proficiency is preferred
3. Priority given to those who can speak Japanese
4. Experience in market research such as car shows and comparisons is preferred
5. Ability to understand basic mechanical and electrical drawings or experience with drawings is preferred

2. Able to communicate, confirm, and integrate specifications and SPECs with customers, with priority given to integrators
3. Experience in market research such as car shows and comparisons is preferred
4. Ability to understand basic mechanical and electrical drawings or experience with drawings is preferred

Automotive Parts Design Team Leader

3. Design business training can be provided to Chinese subordinates
4. Can organize a team to complete the work instructed by the company
Supplementary conditions
1. Those who understand the development process of automotive parts and have experience in connecting with customers are preferred
2. Can analyze and summarize team development work, improve development quality, and prioritize product design improvement
3. English proficiency is preferred

Automotive Parts Design Engineer

Necessary condition
1. More than 5 years of experience in automotive parts design
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design or vehicle engineering.
3. Able to use CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and 2D drawing.
4. Able to use office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
Supplementary conditions
1. Familiar with exterior components such as door handles and rearview mirrors, designers are preferred
2. English proficiency is preferred
3. Priority given to those who can speak Japanese
4. Experience in the development and design of metal and resin forming related components is preferred; Experience in designing automotive electronic products is preferred
5. ANSYS experience is preferred
