Question 1: Why did you join our company at that time?

A: At that time, I hadn’t graduated yet. The HR Department came to our school for recruitment. The company was close to home and matched my major, so I joined.

Question 2: What is your current job?

A: I am now a Group Leader (GL) in the handle development team of the Design Section, mainly responsible for promoting the design and development of automobile outside handles.

Question 3: What moments at work are happy and fulfilling?

A: The most fulfilling moment is seeing the products I helped develop successfully enter mass production and achieve big sales, running on the roads.
