Question 1: Why did you join our company at that time?

A: I had been working in Nansha, Guangzhou. Since my home is in Zhongshan and I wanted to take care of my family conveniently, I decided to look for opportunities in Zhongshan. I like working with auto parts in Japanese enterprises and was fortunate enough to join our company.

Question 2: What is your current job?

A: Now, I am the Group Leader (GL) of the Research Division, responsible for advancing the development business.

Question 3: What moments at work are happy and fulfilling?

A: I believe that safe and reliable parts provide a comfortable experience for vehicles and users. When I first joined the company, I was full of expectations and a bit anxious. I am very grateful for the recognition and support from my superiors, which allowed me to successfully complete tasks. Especially when promoting the development of Xpeng’s rearview mirrors, there were many challenges during the development stage. Under the leadership, we persisted in addressing problems and dealing with customers, overcoming difficulties, and finally achieving smooth mass production. I also grew from feeling unprepared to becoming calm and mature.
