Question 1: Why did you join our company at that time?

A: In 2019, when I was dispirited and ready to return to my hometown for work after leaving my previous company, my postgraduate classmates reminded me that at a young age, I should not give up my enthusiasm for life. They encouraged me to seek opportunities in Guangdong, assuring me that I would find a place to thrive. Leaving my hometown in Northeast China, I came to Zhongshan with my luggage. When I attended the interview through online recruitment, I instantly connected with General Manager Takeshita and Section Chief Ono, feeling as if we were long-lost friends. I was delighted to fulfill my wish of continuing to work in professional Japanese.

Question 2: What is your current job?

A: At present, I am responsible for personnel, labor, and legal affairs in the Management Section as the person in charge of personnel and labor services.

Question 3: What moments at work are happy and fulfilling?

A: Starting from scratch, I earnestly studied the business related to personnel and labor services. With the cooperation and assistance of two warm senior colleagues and one energetic junior colleague in the same department, every complex and difficult task was properly addressed and resolved. I communicate with people inside and outside the company daily, handling both routine and challenging affairs according to the company’s rules and regulations and the legal steps suggested by our lawyers. Whenever I complete a task, I mentally give myself a thumbs-up.

Question 4: What message would you like to share with prospective candidates?

A: If you want to see your products running on roads all over the world, if you want to work in an environment where colleagues actively cooperate and bosses provide warm guidance, and if you want to learn real workplace etiquette and work skills, please come to RC and challenge yourself!
